Is it necessary to have set of reasons to love someone? If we love someone due to some specific reason or due to some expectations from the person, can we even call it love? Wouldn’t that be a relation (or attachment) grown to fulfill a selfish need?

Is it necessary to have
A reason to love someone?
Aren’t reasons temporary?
Doesn’t people and reasons
Keep changing with time?
If a reason dies
will the love die too?
Is that love even?
Is not true love
greater than any reason?
